Summary

Surfing in Yamba offers the perfect balance of consistent waves, beautiful beaches, and a chilled-out vibe that’s becoming harder to find on Australia’s popular east coast.

Located just one hour south of Byron Bay, Yamba is a surfer’s paradise with uncrowded lineups, quality surf breaks, and incredible coastal scenery. Unlike the bustling beaches of the Gold Coast or Byron, Yamba remains a hidden gem where you can score epic waves with fewer people in the water.
