Although waves in Israel are all wind generated, it doesn’t stop them from being powerful and challenging, especially in the winter months where barrels are possible.

Tel-Aviv is also a very trendy city bursting with nightlife and young people which is perfect for surfers looking for a balanced trip that will not be committed 100% to surfing. Furthermore, Israel has a very strong history and many cultural sites from all big religions in cities like Jerusalem and Bethlehem. All good things to make your “flat days” less boring.
